GeoTech Foundation Company - West partners with the Owner, Contractor and design team early on in the project to determine the best foundation solution to reinforce good to poor soils. The following services are provided that meet or exceed of the team's engineering and performance specifications at a cost that is highly competitive.
GTFC-West has an experienced staff of licensed Geotechnical and Civil engineers with nearly 30 years of experience in design and construction of Engineered Aggregate Piers. These engineers design every project, provide stamped design submittals for permitting, oversee field quality control, and furnish record drawings and data reports upon completion of pier installation.
GTFC-West's Design-Build packages include:
Every GTFC-West design package is subject to rigorous in-house peer review and quality assurance prior to submission to your project team for permitting. Every drawing and specification is carefully reviewed to assure economical and practical constructability.
We promote sustainable methods and Clean Tech ideals. Our GeoRam designs and construction processes often use less total energy and leave a smaller carbon footprint than other alternatives. We install the eco-friendly Chance® anchors.
Using the GeoRam® technology, the Engineered Aggregate Piers can reuse excavated on-site soils when appropriate; can be constructed with natural, local aggregate; or can be built with recycled crushed concrete from building, bridge or road demolition. Designed to reinforce weak soils, our processes replace the need for costly, resource-depleting deep foundations or overexcavations.
Let us help you understand how you can gain LEEDs (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) credits towards your project certification goals.
